Tri Management are BAFE accredited and members of both CHAS and Construction line.
BAFE – has been developed for the 3rd party certification of companies involved in fire alarm and detection systems and recognises the importance of providing compliant systems whilst reducing the number of false alarms.
CHAS & Construction line – demonstrates compliance with H&S law especially the criteria defined within the CDM Regulations and reduces time and resources for clients sourcing contractors who can demonstrate a good health and safety culture.
We are also undertaking the certification process for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001. This demonstrates commitment to quality and a stringent focus on creating safe working environments for our clients, partners and employees.
As the design, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of Life Safety & Security Systems is critical to the protection of people and property, it is essential to our credibility that the way in which we deliver our services exceeds the requirements set by regulatory bodies.
Our commitment is further emphasised with the fact that we directly employ our own Health & Safety officers.

Safety and Environmental Management
As part of our Safety Management System we have invested in an online tool – Yellow Jacket
To move away from paper systems, Yellow Jacket allows data to be stored in one place, with the ability to set up audits, inspections, track actions and observations.
This is currently in use on our Mace Heathrow projects, with the view to utilise this tool on all our projects, and maintenance agreements.
